This agency has worked very well with and for us. I continue to be impressed by their attention to my mother's needs and the request of our family. My mother has been well taken care of, the needs of my father have been addressed and their house is always neat and kept up. My mother is always happy when I ask about the agency and refers to her companion as her friend. I am very happy we chose Jerry's Caring Hands.

My post op care with a nurse was setup for my ileostomy by the hospital with Jerry's Health and my experience was really bad. This agency does not have Covid 19 vaccinated nurses to help the post op patients. They do not mandate that the nurses use N95 masks when they deal with the patients. I agreed to have the nurse come in who was not vaccinated. She arrived at my house but refused to wear a N95 mask and she left without providing the service. It amazes me that health care front line professionals who have the highest priority for the vaccination are not vaccinated and they do not use the CDC guidelines for regular testing and the mask usage. I would not ever recommend this company to anyone due to their lack of professionalism and their lack of following the CDC guidance for preventing the spread of COVID 19.

Did not communicate with us after my husband’s surgery as they were supposed to. When we reached out to them we were told someone to be at our house on Saturday between 11 and 12. Nobody showed up, we called them, voicemail box of theirs was full. Got a text later from them and simply said someone will be here they just have no idea when! Very unprofessional! Contacted our insurance provider and explain this to them and they switched providers for us due to this providers unprofessional manner. Even after that was done a physical therapist tried to come to our house the following day, they had no idea that CIGNA had canceled them! Just so unprofessional! Do not recommend

If I could, I would give zero stars, I’m extremely upset with how they have handled my husbands after care/PT after being discharged from shock trauma. My husband encountered a horrible work injury that left 3 out of his 4 extremities broken. The nurse came out 2 Days after his release from the hospital and was extremely unhelpful, the following day we were to have a PT person come out and they never showed up! We have 2 littles at home so I had to make special arrangements for daycare pick up and everything. For them to not even show or call. The prior day the nurse that was here had stated more then once about the PT person coming tomorrow. I called both numbers provided with zero response. After contacting home link (who contracted them to come) the PT person then contacted us stating “it was Friday and he was running late and could be there is 35 minutes” which would have had him coming after 730pm on a Friday night when I now have 2 littles to put to bed. Extremely unprofessional and the lack of communication is ridiculous. This is not how you run a business! Beyond disappointed!

I am an elderly woman living in Harford County. It has been difficult for me to reach this point where I am unable to do all of the things I could when I was a few years younger! I wish to thank Jerry's Caring Hands for being so attentive and making sure I have exactly what I need. I have been provided a very special person to give daily support, help and companionship and I am very thankful for her. I trust her and look forward to her visits. My family has grown to know and trust her also. Jerry and his staff are also very kind and thoughtful. Growing old is not easy, but Jerry's Caring Hands has helped to ease my burden!
