My family and I were in desperate need of an aide for my mother who was on home hospice. I had reached out to about 15 places with no success. When I called Cross Rivers I initially spoke with Mary Jane, then Elijah and ultimately Cathy. Each of them were extraordinarily kind, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable and on-point when it came to the business. They were organized and helped my family easily maneuver through these hard times. Unfortunately, my mother passed away shortly after we began working with Cross Rivers. Cathy was so kind, asking if there was anything they could do, anything we needed and they sent our family a beautiful gift basket. These guys are the real deal! Super high quality of service and organization but also just real, genuine people who really care!
