VITAL SUPPORT HOME HEALTH CARE AGENCY, INC.

"On 09/16/19 at approximately 2:00pm I entered the Vital Support Home Care office located at 4711 Willington St, Phila after being placed on hold for 45mins (215)333-6000 and witnessing for myself that the phone was still ringing while the receptionist and staff were carrying on in there conversations. I hung up in disbelief and sat down. After a short time two hispanic girls walked up to the receptionist and requested assistance in spanish. Being Bilingual I over heard how the receptionist was saying derogatory comments about these girls in english and referring to them as "this one" and "that one" amongst each other. The receptionist then began to raised her voice speaking to the girls in spanish in a cruel and belittling manner. It seem like the girls were just trained to work for this company and asked for help. Made me wonder if this is how they treat there own employees, how must they treat those family members of ours whom are defenseless behind closed doors? Being Hispanic, I felt those poor girls were discriminated by the receptionist whom also was hispanic. Shockingly one of the Hispanic girls began to speak english to the receptionist as she reacted covering her mouth, wide eyed and speechless. Nevertheless the receptionist never apologized to the poor girl. I wanted to speak up for them but then would have to worry about the repercussion. I hope that this office is not a reflection to the entire company because I feel that TRUST is "Vital" to the care and professionalism that we expect for our family members. The service in this office is disgraceful."
