Americare is a wonderful company. I had services through them to help take care of my husband. He got exceptional care everyone in the office was wonderful. The communication with them and caregivers were outstanding. I would highly recommend them.
The care takers we have from this agency is great. The agency was informed by the caretaker she was taking vacation on today and Monday. So since the agency is responsible for 40 hours. This is what they did. They had the caretaker work t g e fourth hours Monday through Thursday. Making it so they would not have to cover Friday. That is the excuse that was given to me by this agency So, let me ask If you as a company know u are required to cover 8 hours a day. 40 hours per week. Know the caretaker is take Friday off. Then why would u have your employee work t GG e 40 hours Monday through Thursday. And use that excuse to not cover Friday? Now Monday she is on vacation. So, this is what POSSIBILY may pull. Have t GG e caretaker make up her hours for Monday Tuesday to Friday. We will see. The agency is also being reported in break in care. Think that is what it is called.
Very nice &caring company to be involved with. Staff are kind,caring, & friendly. They truly do care about their clients. My friend is a client and there's never been a problem, I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
My care giver is excellent I love her she's amazing a very hard worker with a big heart
