I have used Right at Home for two years in a row. The service I experienced has always been consistently professional, reliable and responsive. The team at Right at Home answers all of my questions and was able to staff a caregiver that met all of the needs and expectations of the person who needed care. The care is top notch and it is reassuring to know what there are medical professionals and social workers on staff to assist if need be. I am thankful for everything Right at Home has done, especially the peace of mind they have provided me with.

I connected with Jeanine on the first day of searching for a home health aid for my uncle and although we ended up going with another company, I felt so well served by her that I needed to at least give her company a good review. It was just a matter of timing but her professionalism, knowledge and compassion aided me so much in the process, that I’m not sure I would have succeeded in finding an aide for my uncle as quickly as I did. I used Right At Home to provide companion services for my 96 year old mother. My family required overnight services on two separate weekend occasions. They sent Beverly who is absolutely lovely. She went above and beyond - my brother & I were both very comfortable leaving our mother in her care. She is prompt, timely, professional; extremely caring. We will specifically request Beverly in the future if the need arises. Right At Home in itself is very professional - working with them is a pleasure. They are attentive to your concerns & needs.

My husband is in the Advanced stage of Alzheimer's. Caring for him is challenging. The first amazing member of my Right at Home team started caring for him over two years ago. She was joined six months later by three more wonderful caregivers. Between the four of them I have nearly 24/7 help. I could never have done this by myself. Thanks to the conscientious team from Right at Home, he is safe and in good hands - and I have a life!
