Supervisor Jenny, and caregiver Tila, gave my older sister in memory care the attention she needed for improved quality of life. This was accomplished and gave our family peace of mind! Highly recommend Absolute.

I can honestly say that this company Is a very hands on family owned business. Suzanne, Jennifer and the staff all really care about the patients/clients who use their services. Absolute tries very hard to match up the client/ patient with the right CNA, Caregiver, RN, LPN, Med tech or caregiver. When you call because either you or a family member need additional care and help They send a patient supervisor out right away to meet you and get a very detailed report of what your needs are so they know how to best provide for you or your loved one. They really do care ALOT. No business is immune to what's going on in the world but I can honestly say the communication with Absolute is excellent, if something needs to be changed or fixed they will change or fix it. The patient supervisors drop in usually unannounced to make sure that you or your loved ones are being taken care of the way they should be and everything is in order. Employees go through a level two background check, must have a drivers license, Social Security card, Health screening, CPR certification and have either a license or certification for the position that they're hired for. I don't know what more you can ask from a company who Chooses to take care of you or your loved ones when you're not able to. Blessings to big open hearted people like the ones at Absolute!

Me and my husband were looking for a good company for home health services for his parents and we decided to go to Absolute. They are hands-down the best service that we have worked with their caregivers are very caring and they go above and beyond with their care! Suzanne and Debby were lovely to speak with!

I have been associated with Absolute Health for nearly 2 years due to my mother. I have had 2 good Aides/ Caregivers within the time previously stated. All other Aides were unskilled with very limited knowledge of their duties and no regards to always showing up for their duties. I have had many Aides removed from my Mother's care due to the poor services provided. I have spoken with the Supervisors with no improvement in staff or services. I have requested to speak with the owner Susan with no response. I continue with their services due to the one constance Aide that my Mother has a connection with. However, if she is no longer available, neither will the services of Absolute Health.

Absolute health was a huge help for my grandmother each healthcare worker that came in did a great job and was very compassionate and caring . My grandmother really enjoyed the services with Absolute, they got her more active and we really need that! Thankyou!
