NURSINGALE

This organization once enjoyed an amazing reputation among both nurses and medically fragile families alike. Unfortunately they have since made several changes to their office staff and administration. Then they made changes to scheduling and benefits. Since then they have been losing nurses every month and are now chronically short staffed. "Favorite" clients are given priority while other clients' schedules are altered with no advanced warning. Clients and their families are left with no one but the nurses to complain to because complaints to the director go nowhere. Definitely not the same Nursingale.

Horrible company. My parents have been lied too, they have their favorite clients especially if you have money!! Every time we ask for a nurse they always say their looking but whenever nurses come my family ask them if they got a call from them and they all say no. Theirs also been nurses who have left because they do have favorite client!! But they won’t admit that. Keep lying nursingale we know the truth! Especially from all the nurses.

The only non profit home care agency in the whole region. They handle very complex medically fragile cases and keep kids out of the hospital often. A super employer for their nurses, too. I've there for 5 years and I was never treated so fairly or well any place. Run by nurses and families who use the service, NOT run by healthcare corporation out for profits. Truly excellent.

So many of the nurses here are so kind and do such a great job with their clients. You can tell these ladies are invested in the lives of their clients and genuinely want the best for the kiddos they take care of.

Ok good place
