I have been working with a representative payee from Society Assets for the past 10 years. Recently, there have been some concerns regarding my Words account, and I am seeking clarification. I have some questions about the account activity and have attempted to communicate with the representative payee, but I have not received a response by phone and have only been able to reach out via email. I respectfully request to speak with someone directly to address my questions, as I am concerned about ensuring proper management of my mother’s funds and the quality of support from the agency. I noticed that my one-star review received a response, and I would appreciate it if you could provide a contact number where I can speak with a representative directly to resolve these issues cooperatively.

I cannot recommend this facility. During my visit, there was no front desk staff and no one available to answer phones, which made it impossible to get basic assistance. The overall organization and management were severely lacking, creating an unprofessional environment that wasted my time. A healthcare facility should have adequate staffing and leadership to serve patients properly. Unfortunately, this location falls far short of acceptable standards.

Society Assets has wonderful workers and they care and household services are top notch. They took care of my grandparents and now my aunt !.. Just top notch. Our family are very happy with the services Society Assets offer their clients.

We set things up for my brother a number of years ago with Society's Assets. They have done a good job taking care of my brothers needs. We are happy with the service that they are providing for him.

At first I had a hunch that this organization was going to rip me off, but after getting to know them within the last year now, they seem to be very legitimate with how much they really care about us beneficiaries as a whole. And this is absolutely no coincidence at all. In fact, this was and is on purpose and planned out by the grace and mercy of God in the Name of Jesus Christ of the universe.
