Caring Loving Sharing Caregivers

I’m writing on behalf of James following our recent interaction with Caring Loving Sharing Caregivers. I called and spoke with Michael Russell on the afternoon of September 18, 2025. James was at our home receiving hospice care and I was desperate for help in order for sleep that evening. His death, now eminent, was naturally not predictable. I and another caregiver had not slept for over 48 hours. Michael was amazing, returning my call promptly and promising to get us the assistance required by the evening. We agreed on a time and plan, immediately more confident we could accommodate the situation. It is impossible to state just how much commitment and concern was felt by me on the other end of the phone, he was very genuine, compassionate and respectful. James died an hour prior to their planned arrival and when we got back to them the compassion so clearly shown, continued. It’s a moment none of us imagine but his kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. When we were looking for a long term caregiver, Michael personally met us - first at the rehab facility where my husband was recovering, and then again at our home to access our needs. Michael & Jill are incredibly responsive to any inquiries or requests. They are very hands-on. They know their clients and their loved ones. They truly want their clients to thrive. As a nurse with a loved one under their care I appreciate all they have to offer!

I typically do not write reviews but CLS helped my family tremendously that I requested the link to do this review. We were in need of 24 hour care once my sister-in-law came home from the hospital until her passing; however, her release date changed several times. Mike was so responsive to our needs and was extremely flexible and, thankfully, came through with caregivers with minimal notice. Communication is key to me and Mike’s communication was excellent with very quick responses to calls and texts. The caregivers were very caring, always arrived on time, and were respectful to all family members. I highly recommend CLS.
