A Caring Touch Senior Services

Hello consumers - Please read the content of my review and do not base your choice to use this service upon how many stars I gave today. I was a client of “A Caring Touch” from June, 2024-August, 2024 due to a repetitive stress injury and needed assistance with activities of daily living such as lifting items over 5 pounds, cleaning and some cooking. The Administrator, Christina, is excellent with her craft. She is highly educated and follows-through on her word. She tried to create good caregiver matches for her clients, including promptly returning phone calls and arriving at my former residence on time to introduce new caregivers and did her best to accommodate my needs (if a caregiver was consistent or inconsistent with showing up for services). At times, despite her best efforts, she was unable to ensure that “some” (not all) caregivers showed up to provide my service (after they made that commitment) or provided services within the scope of their practice. All in all, many tried to do their best with my caregiver requests and Christina is objective and receptive to my feedback. She has great boundaries and will state what service she can realistically tell her caregivers to provide for clients. Christina’s ability to receive my direct feedback (before I solicited this review) shows that she has the professional integrity to implement future changes within her own business practices and grow as a professional. Called on “A Caring Touch” to assist me after my mother died unexpectedly. My father was unable to care for himself as my mother was his caretaker for the past 3 years. Christina Garcia (Administrator) was exceptionally professional and responsive and provided me with detailed invoices each month. Vanessa (my dad’s caretaker) was personable, reliable and showed great empathy for my dad as he processed the passing of his wife. Thank you ladies for all of your support. I could not have done it without you.

Great sevice!! Our family is so happy with our mom's caregiver. Her name is Vanessa and we highly recommend her!! She is super kind and sweet and helps out with all of her activities of daily living. Our mom raves about the companionship. We rave about the peace of mind we have when Vanessa is with her. Vanessa and Christina, thank you, for all the help and making this time in our mom's life a little easier.

My father has been using the services of A Caring Touch for almost 3 months now. They recently hired someone new to handle scheduling, payments, and patient check-ins. Christina has been incredible at her job. She makes sure that she is always in communication with me regarding my father, that there is always someone scheduled to care for him, and she is even willing to step in herself when the caregiver cannot make it (i.e sick, etc). My father's caregiver, Alaina, is also great. She is very patient and kind. I love that she is CPR and first aid certifiedand has experience working with Parkinson's patients. She drives him to his appointments, goes shopping with him, helps him clean, and just spends time with him. I feel comfortable and confident leaving my father in her care.

We have been using A Caring Touch Senior Services for 3 months now and couldn't be more pleased. Very responsive and great communication. Christina and all the caregivers are top notch! I Highly recommend A Caring Touch Sr Services for your loved one!
