I have been using Smith Life Homecare for my husband's care for more then two years. I like this company because they care their customers. Recently they are in a transition on changing the management. There are many adjustments. But I can tell they are trying very hard to keep their high standard traditions. Marcia and Roselord are very good care givers. My husband is a stroke survivor and have many problems. They are patient, understanding and always try their best to help. I thank them from bottom of my heart.

We recently found ourselves in need of full.time homecare for our sister-in-law. Smith life was recommended through IONA services. We were connected to Summer Stephenson, a most amazing care specialist. From the beginning, Summer communicated with me on a regular basis, answering calls and texts immediately.. She has a wonderful personality, and was extremely helpful in providing aides that my sister-in-law looked forward to seeing. When my suster-in-law recently moved to an assisted living, Summer went above and beyond and visited her. I would also like to give Ebony a shout out. She kept in touch with me as well, and checked in on a regular basis to see how everything was going. Smith life truly made us feel comfortable that our sister-in -law was being taken well care of.

SmithLife Homecare has been wonderful to work with in starting in home support for my parents. The process was very quick, easy and thorough. They were extremely responsive and thoughtful. Mrs. Salla Mbaye has been a fantastic caregiver. She is very understanding and works hard to develop a relationship with the families she works with. She is very reliable and communicates well whenever there is a concern. Salla has ensured that things go smoothly in the day to day events and has been an incredible help in getting them to appointments.

I highly recommend FELICIA SOMUA who was my mother Ellie's caregiver and care taker for over a year in assisted living. She was dependable, bright, nurturing, and was like a family member. Felicia was always calm during stressful situations and Ellie felt safe and secure with her company. She often took initiative knowing exactly what Ellie needed to be comfortable or not in pain. Felicia was trustworthy and went the extra mile, including making sure she was there with Ellie on snow days. She is a kind person who anyone would be happy to hire, especially for elderly folks.
