Our family over the years has been blessed by the fine care provided my two parents by Synergy Home Care. Tammy, Christine and the whole staff have been so professional, detail oriented, responsive, caring and so compassionate it has been a god send. As a health care professional my self I without reservation recommend them. The care we have received has been top-notch and simply the best. I found Synergy Home Care in Roseville about mid-October of this year. I am a moderately disabled, 74 year old woman. I am involved in a lawsuit with the co-owner of my house, and was moving in a month and needed all the help I could get- both emotionally and helping me pack my stuff...I was overwhelmed. I first met Michelle who is the kindest, funniest, most caring person I have ever met. I was very comfortable with her and felt supported right away. Synergy Home care is a great place for Seniors who are needing help, no matter what kind. I would recommend them to anyone needing support, in numerous ways. They will come through for you... Quite often I think “People just don’t bother to listen to this old lady”. Well, I found the folks at Synergy did, and they continue to listen and work with me. Thank you. First, they listen to what I say. On contacting Synergy my first impression was how they listened to what I was trying to convey as far as my need for their services. Their willingness to discuss those needs and how they could possibly help me in meeting them. Second, Flexibility. Upon knowing my requirements , they were very flexible in scheduling the hours I would need and in finding the right person to fill those hours. . An important plus is that one only pays for the time needed to accomplish what needs to be done. You only pay for what you need. At this point I am still able to do quite a lot for myself but do need someone to drive me to my Dr.’s appointments, help me in doing a little shopping and that kind of thing. And always much needed companionship. Third, Matching up. The care taken by Synergy staff in matching up client and care giver is exceptional, and I am so thankful that Michelle, Community Advocate at Synergy, took the time to listen to me, and understand what I felt I needed in a helper. She matched me up with Care Giver, Jennifer. Now I find myself enjoying the time I spend with Jennifer, who assists me in many ways. She is one of the most “willing to help” person that I have met. I am always happy to see her. She listens to any concerns I may have and helps in trying to find a solution. I find myself looking forward to the time she spends with me. I am grateful for the staff at Synergy to get me set up for Homecare after a major surgery. Christine, Michelle, Tammy, and most of all my "helper", Linda, have been so nice to work with, and have made my recovery much easier than I thought. I would highly recommend Synergy HomeCare services.

Fabulous agency. They have helped my Dad stay at home and really take care of his needs. Organizing, keeping house clean and safe. Running errands. The staff is great and will keep you in loop. Highly recommend!
