I was truly impressed by the Home Health team who cared for my father. Every person I met—nurses, physical and occupational therapists—was kind, skilled, and responsive. I especially want to thank Kristen, RN, for her compassion and support during such a hard time. Though my father’s health declined rapidly, after many mishaps in hospitalization & FDA class one medical device recall complications & poor care. In September of 2024, my father’s dementia had gotten to a point that I had to look into home health to help him manage his new, and ever changing, life. I found RX healthcare. The only care taker that stuck with my father from the rocky beginning was Lorie Farris. My father is slow to trust and Lorie was able to earn his trust in a short amount of time. I knew when Lorie was with my father everything was good! Lorie was an angel sent from God to my father and my sister and I. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to care for our father. She is a beautiful soul and her patience and care for my father was above and beyond! She treated him like he was her own family member! Having to help our father from the east coast was extremely challenging, but Lorie proved to be honest, trustworthy, caring and supportive! Her presence in our father’s life kept him calm, safe, respected, engaged and most importantly, happy!! He quickly became to, in his words, “love her”!! That is absolutely a testament to Lorie’s ability and character! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I have been very pleased with the service provided by RxHealthcare. The administration part of the house from billing, invoicing, to assistance filing claims and billing insurance has been exceptional. They have found caring and qualified caregivers and accommodated multiple schedule changes as the needs of the client have changed. They are understanding of the household members and worked to match caregiver and client personalities.

Caregivers are providing my 80 year old brother, for over two months now, with needed companionship including soon after his hospitalizations. They are assisting him at home with cleaning, washing and meal preparation. And they take walks with him, adding safety to his enjoyment of walking. In addition, other staff members are updating me on their caregiving through text messages, telephone and emails. It makes all the difference!

I have never been through anything like the need for hospice before. My sister Cassie had cancer and she entered hospice. RX Hospice has been so beautiful every step of the way. Kate the hospice manager is so very kind and caring for our family. All the nurses so far have been amazing and a very very special shout out to Patricia who came to clean her and took such loving care of her. A truly loving company that made this really hard difficult time a bit easier
