We engaged Samantha Nutter as a care coordinator for our mother over two years ago- best decision EVER! Samantha was capable, knowledgeable, efficient, tactful, kind, and compassionate. Nothing mom did or said threw her off her goal to provide loving support to mom and us, her family. I have the utmost respect for her abilities and professionalism and would recommend her to anyone in a New York minute! She coordinated doctors appointments, grocery delivery, home maintenance, and navigated social security issues and handicapped vehicle tags and more. A true gem!
When my father took ill and our family needed help, so we contacted Family Tree Private Care. They sent a nurse to our home to meet with us and discuss our concerns and type care we wanted for Dad. The nurse that was sent was so kind and understanding it was like she was part of the family. Her level of professionalism and knowledge was certainly a blessing. But her compassion and care for our Dad (a stranger to her) was unbelievable. We will never forget the care Joelda Mungia provided our father duirng this time. She is an Angel to our family!
The Nursing Team worked hard and were very good at communicating what was going on with my brother health. He ended up passing away but with dignity provided by Family Tree. I will always be THANKFUL for ALL CARE that was given on a daily basis. I would like to give a BIG shout out to Nurse Jo(she made herself always available to my family)...Thanks Jo for always being there for our FAMILY!! Thank you also to the Scheduling Team for keeping us updated. It was rocky at first but was corrected with the Family Tree Team.
I use Family Tree to help with my wife & I to stay in safe environment and Sheryl works with my son's to organize my care for me & my dog Lilly. My nurse brings my chocolate shakes & medication, I think her name is Joella. They have been a life line for me.
Care givers are well trained, compassionate people who have related very well to our family member. The agency has an excellent scheduling staff who respond quickly to changes in our needs or to fill unexpected vacancies. Our case manager has been very consistent in overseeing our care and responds very quickly to any questions or requests. Our whole family is very pleased with this relationship.
