I want to take a moment to share how truly grateful I am for Liliana Paredes and the care she’s shown while helping us with elderly care services. From the very beginning, Liliana treated us with such kindness, patience, and understanding — qualities that mean so much when you’re caring for an older loved one. She took the time to listen to our concerns, explain every detail clearly, and always made sure we felt supported every step of the way. What really stood out to me was how genuine she is — you can tell she truly cares about people and wants to make their lives easier. Liliana went above and beyond to help us find the right solutions, and she did it all with warmth and compassion. Selina came in to give a year evaluation and I asked for some more services for my mother. It's been a long hard job and she did excellent in providing me with the help for my mother of 89 years old. Mother is fonda get sone help . Thank God and to legacy to making things happen and soniaand the gal in hr department. Thank you legacy for yalls wonderful help.

We have used other providers recently and were very dissatisfied. I was able to connect with Andrea Guzman at Lagacy and after a brief impromptu meeting we were able to establish a clear and progressive plan of care for my spouse. Ms. Guzman has been very professional and understanding and has gone beyond to provide the necessary support for us.
