I recently signed up for Senior Buddies services for my mom. I love their mission and was very impressed when I first reached out and spoke with Jacob, the owner and founder. He took all the time I needed to explain their services and answer my questions. My mom was very reluctant but I made her use the services because I was out of the country and concerned for her health and safety and she needed some help and also transportation to an appt. Everything was handled so smoothly and they did a great job of communicating and getting her set up on short notice. She loved Daunte, her care person, and is now happy to let me set up for her help/care/transportation needs in the future. We will be using Senior Buddies from now on and I highly recommend them. Very thankful for the great care they took of my mom!

We had such a wonderful experience with Senior Buddies. My mother-in-law’s home health care worker, Mimi, took care of her like she was her own mother. Would definitely recommend.

I have a client that uses senior buddies. They We’re a no-show twice I. less than a month. My client was not able to do any of her errands including but not limited to getting groceries, having her hair done, going to pay her bills and but not limited to visiting with friends. I know that senior buddies is not about all the things I mentioned but when you call and they say they’re going to be there at a certain time and they do not show up at all, why are their families paying for the service(s)? The families and myself lost money because of senior buddies because they did not pick my client up twice. When this happens I have a 20 month old daughter I have to take care of. If or when I miss one client my daughter suffers along with myself. So senior buddies here is my suggestion to you live up to your mission because what you say is that you deliver dignified compassionate care, But this is not what you’re doing, there is literally no dignified compassion. I’m telling you think twice before you use Senor Buddies as you won’t get your money’s worth and you’ll be left with your loved ones sitting at home not getting anything done because there workers are either not being paid enough or just do not care. In my opinion, senior buddies is nothing but a scam
