I'm so glad I chose Right at Sonoma (Santa Rosa) to help care for my dad while he was living on his own. The office staff were very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I recently hired Right at Home in Sonoma, CA for a part-time caregiver for my 90-year old father with dementia, and his 82-year old partner. RAH was fantastic from the first call: they were responsive, answered all our questions, and very professional. They found great staff for us that fit our needs well. All communication was proactive, and we've been very happy with the caregivers Stacy, Bea, and Josh. I highly recommend this company for home care.
As my husband's primary care giver I would like to give the team at Right at Home, and especially Erick Castro, my strongest recommendation. Erick was absolutely wonderful with my husband Tim during their Fridays together which allowed me some much needed time to rest, run errands and recharge. Erick is kind, patient, caring and calm. He did an excellent job of reading the moods of my Alzheimer's-afflicted husband to keep things on an even keel. The nursing profession will be fortunate to have him.
Right At Home is always right on time and the aides have been totally together, adapting quickly to the particulars of our situation. In addition to providing the cleaning and cooking basics, RAH home care aides have treated my father incredibly well - the companion care has been wonderful. The care team has been incredibly responsive to my emails and questions. Overall, a BIG THUMBS up!
