My wife was diagnosed with dementia 2 years ago. I am blessed to have a senior companion from telespond who sits with my wife and they talk to shopping and watch TV together. Margaret is an angel. My wife loves her dearly. I can't thank you enough. Thank you thank you Margaret and telespond!
Love Telespond! They are so nice and have wonderful employees that do so much for their clients. Such a great vibe and they seem to care deeply for the people who come.
Probably the most poorly run and disorganized facility I've ever come across. A few years ago this was a great place and I have no idea what happened to it. They can't keep staff and there is zero consistency. All of the managers combined barely make half a competent person. I don't understand how they're still open.
I was considering this place for my dad but he is bilingual and not one person in there speaks Spanish. They should consider hiring people who speak Spanish or a person who is Hispanic for that matter.
