All need to run from this agency, the operation is a hot mess of unqualified aides and is operated unprofessionally. It has been a nightmare from day one. The Administrator was a no show at not just one but 2 scheduled appointments. I had to call to find out that she forgot the first appointment and was going to be almost an hour late to the second. We have never received our copy of the signed required documents, nor have we received a payment invoice. Only one out of three care givers sent to care for the client met the qualifications of the care the client required. One didn't drive and the other was a smoker of which caused health concerns for the client. The final straw was today, when no heath care worker showed up and no notice was provided that no one would be coming. To add insult to injury the Administrator blamed the client due to not being able to have a smoker care for her due to health reasons. In the end, shame on me for not running when the red flags were raised, in regards to, the no show appointments; but shame on the company, in the end, for not providing qualified health care workers and causing an elderly woman to be without a health aide and put in an unsafe position.

After breaking my leg, made the call to Wright's because I wanted a company that does through checks on their personnel. I was so impressed with how quickly we scheduled the assessment and got someone out to help me. I had no clue how to do basic tasks (washing, etc) and was completely overwhelmed. Everyone I've worked with so far has been outstanding and has boosted my confidence to not feel so helpless. Even drove me to my doctor's appointment lugging my wheelchair. I am impressed with all the services they offer, their competitive rates and I like their auto pay option. Been very happy with this service.

Wright's Home Care is an incredible Home Care Agency. They supported a friend of mine, in her home for several years. I had the opportunity to meet and interact with the care givers and they were always so pleasant and respectful. I highly recommend Wright's Home Care, much better than the other choices in Sequim.
