Amada Senior Care North Shore

Rachel from Amada Senior Care was a godsend! We were looking for the right senior living facility for our Mom and she helped and supported us every step of the way. She shared all her research on all the locations and made all our appointments. She toured with me for each and every one and helped take photos or notes so I could keep track of them all. We found a perfect place for our Mom and we couldn’t have done it without Rachel. Well, we could have…but it would have been overwhelming and stressful. Rachael was amazing, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time looking into different senior living places for my mom who was recovering from a broken bone. She kept in constant contact with us and even checked on our family periodically to make sure all of our needs were met. Jennifer Novy and the staff at Amada Senior Care provided great daily care for my mother and enabled her to remain in her Independent Living residence with a little extra care. Amada gave me the peace of mind knowing that someone was checking on my mother and her residence daily and ready to advise me of any potential problems. Her primary caregiver, Beverly, was so wonderful in attending both the physical and emotional needs of my mother. Amada Senior Care has been working with my mother for several months now. They help her with her medications and make sure she has everything she needs in her daily life. For the past week the wonderful healthcare workers from Amada Senior Care Northshore provided care to my wife who was recovering from hip surgery. We found each and every person who cared for my wife to be considerate, caring and compassionate. By having Amada for the first week post-op it allowed my to get a good night’s sleep each night and have the flexibility to run short errands while she was recovering. We highly recommend these wonderful caregivers and if the need arises again would gladly have them back.
