First of all there phone number listed under “call” in the google search page goes to a basically useless phone. Left 4 messages that we didn’t need them on the first day. This was on a Wednesday for Sunday’s service, but that we still needed them for Monday and Tuesday. Well Monday rolls around, their still not here by 1pm (were supposed to be here around 10am) so I call and of course get there google phone number voicemail, that’s when I scroll down the page and see a heading “numbers” under that is there actual phone number. I called that number, and the person that answered said that they had been out of the office on an emergency, so they hadn’t checked their voice mail in 5 days yet they knew that my girlfriend's daughter would be here for the week. That info was only left on the voicemail that they said they didn’t get. Not wanting to argue with the person I let them know I was disappointed. If I could of given them 0 star’s I would have.

From a concerned client, "a couple months a go we experienced such unprofessionalism. We spoke to a woman by the name of Shelia. We asked for specific information and she seemed uninterested from us as a client. She seemed preoccupied almost like we were incoviencing her. I would not recommend TLC assisted living to anyone. If this is how they act over the phone I could only imagine how they would act alone with our loved ones."

Awesome and friendly people who take care of people even if they don’t know you. Had the pleasure of meeting one that works here and has a heart of gold. God Bless and have a great day. Thank you for what you do.
