Great company. It's growing so they could use more office help and more caregivers but what they have is great.

I manage apartments and Havenwood has sent some of the most atrocious caregivers I have ever encountered and I have been a caregiver myself so I have seen some. **A very caring, hardworking young woman named Sydney has been the ONLY good one I have encountered from them. ** Havenwood has sent caregivers that have padded their time sitting in the parking lot after returning from shopping runs or hangout by the laundry room wasting time and complain about being asked to do basic housekeeping as if the client is asking too much !! Caregivers with appalling lack of hygienic habits that reek like an old ashtray from 10 feet away and throw butts down outside. PSA -Try to find better for yourself or especially a vulnerable loved one.

Given the run around until finally given the correct number to the grangeville branch.

They are a great company and i enjoy working with the staff as well as the clients.
