I have been using Concierge Care - St. Augustine for 6 weeks now for my elderly mom. I have been extremely pleased with this service. The care givers are WONDERFUL, the scheduling team is flexible and helpful, and the overall service is very professional. If I have any issues (which have been very little) they were able to immediately solve the problem. I highly recommend this company!!
For the past 6 months we have used Concierge Care for in-home personal care and medical assistance and we could not be more satisfied. Their response to my initial telephone call was fast and professional. A case manager visited our home and a care plan was developed, and within days help arrived. The aides provided by Concierge were dependable, compassionate, and trustworthy. Two in particular became regulars and have become a part of our family. Our experience with Concierge has been entirely positive and the support and service they provide from top to bottom is first class.
I cannot say enough good things about the St. Augustine office for Concierge Care. My initial appointment was set up quickly and Patricia, my intake/discharge nurse, was competent, efficient and very nice. Julie, my treating nurse, was beyond wonderful - Think of every attribute you would desire a nurse treating you to have and Julie embodies them all - Caring, competent, professional, compassionate, empathetic, patient - You name it, that's Julie. Concierge Care is fortunate to have such a stellar employee. I highly recommend their services!
