J&M Homecare Services were very helpful for us in care of my elderly husband. Everyone was respectful and kind, listening to what my husband was in need of and helping him to be comfortable by explaining what was being done. Definitely angels giving a hand and compassion to those who have need. Would recommend J&M Homecare Services.

I’ve had the pleasure of J&M home care coming into my home to help me out after I had surgery I’ve met two wonderful young ladies. They’ve done amazing job and helping me keep my apartment clean. It was a pleasure meeting them and having them in my home happy they were not scared of my dogs, I would definitely recommend.J&M Home care they are the best

We couldn't be happier with J&M Homecare. They have been assisting with getting my father to and from his doctor's appointments for over a year now. They are always on time and very helpful. They are also pleasant and kind... my dad enjoys their company. We only had one minor experience where the caregiver didn't meet our expectations (or their standard of care), but they addressed it quickly and we have only had positive experiences since. I give them my highest recommendation. They are life savers for families who need a little extra assistance in getting their aging parents to appointments!

I can’t say enough good things about everyone at J&M. From intake through client care, everything has exceeded our initial expectations. Not only were we able to start care for my parents immediately, but also the caregivers who arrived were skilled and empathetic. Everyone’s communication is respectful, compassionate, and professional. The staff is very responsive and accommodating to our family’s changing needs. I truly don’t know what we would have done without J&M and their caregivers’ support.

For the most part your caregivers were very helpful. We had problems with one woman, and I understand that has been dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to use your service again.
