Writing to share the amazing experience we've had with the care takers and team at Legacy Private Care. We've used the agency for help for my elderly parents with daily dinner assistance and occasional overnight companion care for over a year. We have found a great fit with the assigned care takers and find that they go above and beyond for my parents. They are reliable, kind and compassionate. The office team is always receptive to schedule change needs and their communication is top notch. I HIGHLY recommend this agency for help with caring for aging parents in the comfort of their own home and if I could give them a bonus star (6 out of 5), I would.

I've had the pleasure of using Legacy Private Care with taking care of my grandmother. I must say the company's caregivers are awesome. They showed much compassion, patience & dedication with my love one. Keeping my grandmother independent in her home spoke values. The office staff is nice very prompt and I will recommend to anyone.

My family has been a client of Legacy Private Care for 18 months. Hospice requires that my father have 24/7 caregivers and we found Legacy after a previous service was unable to meet this non-negotiable requirement due to staffing problems. In a word, Legacy is astounding! They have exceeded our expectations in every way!! In each interaction they are professional, caring and thorough. My father’s needs and preferences are always considered, his care team is exceptional, even by his perfectionist standards, and every accommodation is made to keep him healthy and happy. As his health care surrogate, living in another part of the country, my hand has been held by Legacy through this difficult time and they have given me much needed peace of mind by keeping him safe and protecting his dignity. Legacy becomes a part of the family that you trust and depend on. Your loved one couldn't be in better hands!!! They have been a godsend for us!!!!

Death is hard. No matter how you put it, the emotions, the physicality. I had a horse trainer of 20+ years she was like a second Mom to me. She didn’t actually ever have kids. The barn was her family. She didn’t want to leave her home when she no longer was able to care for herself. Legacy Private Care made her so comfortable, and trust me she wasn’t an easy patient always. Very opinionated, sometimes short when she didn’t feel well. Over the six months of her getting care from Legacy, I got quite close to Nurse Joceline. She was so good with my friend. She made it so fun for her. Sometimes you know it can be awkward with strangers and it’ll get quiet and uncomfortable but with Joceline there never was that. She offered us all an environment that was loving, comfortable, and to be quite frank - normal. Something we all craved amidst all the changes our dear Friend was going through as she neared her final resting place. If you are considering Legacy Care, I highly recommend them, and most especially Nurse Joceline.

I would highly recommend Legacy Private Care to anyone and everyone who needs private care for a elderly loved one. They have been taking care of my Aunt for the last year and half and have gone so above and beyond the call of duty. The owner Theresa is wonderful and Sarah, Rose and Paris that work in the office are so friendly, kind and amazing to work with and always come thru with anything and everything my Aunt needs. Every caregiver they have sent over to my Aunt has been kind, patient and awesome, I love them all. It is so reassuring to have such a wonderful outfit taking care of my Aunt.
