Care Team Home Healthcare

I am a 100% disabled combat veteran who needs home health care as prescribed by my VA doctor. This agency sent a 75 yo lady to help me and all she did was watch my activities and report my behavior to the V A. That's not what she was contracted to do. The agency cares more about their employees than the veterans they are supposed to be caring for. I would not recommend or allow this agency in my home again or any of their employees. This is ridiculous. I served my country and now when I need them the people they contract with care more about money than providing the service to those of us who put boots down and sacrificed life ,limb,and sanity to be mistreated by a corporate money grabbing company like this. I see all their revues are 5 to 7 years old. Post this recent one . I dare you.

Words can't describe my agrivation. I am in shock that in this country we have such shifty service .

Care Team was a life saver for our parents. They provided reliable top-notch medication management and health care support services in home for both mom and dad for several years before we moved them to an assisted living facility, Their staff was always friendly, responsive, and kept us informed on any issues. I loved that they coordinated directly with the doctors and pharmacies for prescriptions and appointments. Most of all, they genuinely cared and built long-term relationships with my parents and our family. I highly recommend them!

Don’t know what we would do without Gabriela. She is a spot of sunshine every day as she comes in and a very special help at a time when I didn’t know where to turn. She is competent at every turn.!! A blessing that we can’t forget!

Care Team has been helping my husband for almost 2 years now. We love the personal attention and care that he receives from Iris.
