Care Up has been great! Everyone we've dealt with, including our caregiver, has been reliable, responsive and professional. Their RN, TY set us up with a custom care plan and took as long as we needed to walk us through it. He then accompanied the caregiver for the first few hours of day 1. They've reached out each week to check in on us.
