We needed 24/7 care for my father-in-law and HomeWell Care Services came to our rescue! They were so easy and flexible to work with. The owner and manager were fantastic and the caregivers were great. My father-in-law was treated well and the caregivers were attentive to his needs. If we needed to make any changes due to scheduling conflicts or personality conflicts, the supervisor helped us immediately without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company for your caregiver needs.

This company has helped me through really hard times with my father who was diagnosed with lung cancer a couple years ago, he passed last October. This company was with me every step of the way when it started to get really bad and he needed extra support, and had to have 24 hour care around the clock. The caregivers have been consistently professional, proactive, and kind. The front office has also always been very helpful and happy to work with us. Home Well Care Services Torrance has just been wonderful.

Both Bill, the owner, and Santiago, the case manager, respond quickly to concerns and requests, which was very important to us. I never wait a day to hear from them. Most of the time they personally answer the phone but if I leave a message I usually hear back from them in only a few minutes. Furthermore, Santiago is an intuitive professional who makes it a priority to meet the needs and expectations of the clients and families. He has successfully matched up the perfect caregivers to assist our mom. Even when a regular caregiver is absent (which rarely happens) Santiago assigns a substitute or he himself fills in to ensure the client's needs are met. We appreciate HomeWell's professionalism but most importantly we know from experience HomeWell truly cares about the well-being and safety of their clients. You cannot go wrong with HomeWell.

At the beginning we had tons of questions on home care, Bill walk us through the entire process and presented numerous options for us to consider. Bill’s staff -- Santiago and Melanie --- have made my parents feel comfortable and are very patient with them. Bill and his team have made a stressful situation, a lot easier to deal with.
