Having the services gives me peace of mind knowing my mom has care. They are very kind to my mom. The caregivers talk with my mom and keep her company. I think they are doing a good job learning how my mom is. They rise to the occasion and think on their feet. The office communication is good, they are very friendly and always let me know if there is any scheduling changes. They don't treat me like a number, they know who the client is and the needs of the clients. I appreciate how up front and transparent they are about what kind of care they can provide. I like how we have 2 consistent caregivers now. Since we started with the agency last year we have had 5 caregivers, but when they don't match well the office is very accommodating with getting a different caregiver. I just call the agency and let them know my concern, and they address it.
Visiting Angels caregivers have been wonderful with my 101 year old Mom. The caregivers make sure she gets the things she needs. I feel comfortable with the caregivers being at the house. They are trustworthy. Many of my friends said the caregivers would do otherthings than watch my Mom. I find that is not true with the caregivers from Visiting Angels. The thing I appreciate is that the same caregivers are with my Mom and the she likes the caregivers very much.
Visiting Angels responded quickly when we reached out to them, arranged a prompt meeting to understand the specifics of our situation, and accommodated our desired timing and objectives. Their personnel are reliable, responsive and dedicated. Visiting Angels provides a needed service, and they do so with a sense of mission and commitment. We recommend them!
The Caregiver was outstanding. She was able to interact with my wife at several levels. My wife was happy at the start and end of the session.
