Using a caregiver agency can be very stressful as you want your family member to be well taken care of! From my first call with McKenney I was very comfortable and knew I chose the right agency! They return calls right away and are extremely patient with you! They work miracles and are always there for you!!! Their priority are their patients and their family members! I highly recommend them !! Please ask for Janet she is so amazing to work with! Kris the director of nursing and Ashley in scheduling are both amazing as well! The whole team is there for you for what ever need you may have!

We moved my mother into our home after she experienced an absolute lack of care in several skilled nursing facilities in Sarasota County. When looking at reviews, I noted a positive review from a RN talking about the care her mother received from McKenney and they were my first call. As an RN of 13 years myself, mostly in hospice and home health, I am BLOWN AWAY by the kindness and professionalism of the staff at McKenney! From scheduling to cnas, marketing to nursing, everyone has been polite, professional, and caring since our first phone call. Our needs have changed quickly and this company has been absolutely amazing and risen to every request. My mother is hospice level care and her dignity has been restored that was sadly stripped away. Communication is on point with everyone! Our regular caregivers are amazing and caring. They arrive on time and are dressed appropriately and ready to work. To say this company has been a blessing is an absolute understatement and we are so thankful for their assistance everyday! If we could give 10 stars I would. You ladies are rockstars and keep doing what you are doing!!!
