We Do Care Home Care Agency

This is an absolutely wonderful company. I trusted them with the care of my grandmother and grandfather, and I couldn’t be more than happy with the service that they provided. Miss Lett and Mr. Edwards were totally awesome and they helped navigate me through the process. Their name speaks for itself they do care. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for assistance with their loved ones. Oh, and let’s not forget the employees, Everyone must professional, compassionate and respectful.

I was not impressed with this agency. Mr Edwards the service supervisor made some promises to me far as coverage for my wife. It was not what he told me it would be. The cummincation between him and his staff was not good. Mr Edwards himself had a very uninviting tone in his voice when you spoke to him on the phone. Most of the aides he sent to my home was good. But even they thought he was unprofessional at times. The cummincation between staff and agency was not the best.And miss lett was in my home at times to fill in. My wife was not to fond of your body language After I posted this review a few days ago One the staff from this agency call me to point out they didn't appreciate my review. They are entitled to their opinion, just like I am entitled to minds. Again unprofessional of this person to call me. I felt like I was being harassed. Please just do your job providing care and service to people. And let's move on. From a 1-10 I would give We Do Care agency 4-

This is a excellent company they took care of my mother for years and i couldn’t have ask for a better company they treated me like family and i appreciate them so much i love Ms. Lett and Mr.Edwards i would recommend this company to everyone i know, the name speaks for itself We Do Care cause they Do Care

This agency is top tier. Excellent customer service. Very professional. Been with them for many years and I have no complaints!

I have been a client if We Do Care for over a year. I’m so pleased with their work. The aides go above and beyond for me. The actual Director and Service Supervisor has even went out their way to assist me. Their Nurse Supervisor Mrs Mozell is a excellent person and addition to their company she really cares about the clients she visits every 3 months and she calls in between to make sure nothing as changed with my condition I would recommend this company a million times they are like family they care never had a company like this before
