Comfort Keepers

I wanted to be able to write a good review but at this point I will NOT. I have been trying for approximately 20 days , 4 phone calls and messages posted on the “Family Room” chat board to get my mother’s $99 credit for services that were NOT provided in our home on 2/4. A caregiver did not step foot in our home and she was charged for 4 hours $99. This may not be a lot of money for most but for a senior disabled person on limited income the $99 goes a long way. It is unacceptable how this has not been a priority for anyone! Comfortable Keepers has been a complete let down. I do not and will not recommend.

I wanted to share about the profound positive impact that Comfort Keepers had on the care for my Mom. Having caregivers come in to help care for my Mom has been such a godsend for me as the primary caregiver AND for my Mom. She is now on a regular schedule, eating well and having her personal needs addressed. The interaction with the caregivers has also been impactful - she is happier and her spirits are brighter. In just 3 weeks of consistent care and helping her take care of herself, I have seen my Mom transformed and more engaged with life. It has been a huge relief for me as well and given me some respite during the day to take care of other things. A big thank you to Comfort Keepers for making a difference in both of our lives. Very grateful for the all the help!

I'm a physical therapist in home health. Often clients need additional assistance beyond what insurances will cover. Comfort Keepers is my preferred company and the one I recommend to my clients. The office staff is always friendly and very responsive when I or the client calls. A couple of times, we've needed same day coverage, and they were able to get someone out to assist. Both office and field staff have been friendly and prompt to their scheduled times. My clients and families have been pleased with the service that has been provided, and the flexibility to do shorter time blocks than some of the other agencies. One of the additional things that impresses me about Comfort Keepers is not that there is never an issue, or a special request with a client, because if you know anything about homecare, adjustments for one reason or another may be needed. It is the response and care that Comfort Keepers has demonstrated when issues or special requests arise. Office staff and caregivers have responded quickly and appropriately to any concerns or specific requests my clients or families have experienced. They make sure the client gets the services and care they need to maximize his/her safety and function in the home. It is that sort of customer experience that keeps me coming back to Comfort Keepers as my preferred agency when additional support is needed. I would recommend them to anyone seeking additional care for themselves or their loved ones.

She is an excellent care giver and Comfort Keepers staff/managers have been terrific to work with!! We have had home aides for several years and CK / Shelly are the best of the best !

Comfort Keepers has been a Godsend to our family! We could not be more satisfied with their services for our elderly mother. All of the caregivers who have come to our home have been extremely compassionate individuals who went above and beyond to make our mother feel comfortable and cared for! They show an interest in the things that are important to her to stimulate conversation and are extremely attentive to all of her needs. They also do extra chores around the house to help us when time allows! The main office staff always answer my calls immediately and are friendly and caring, going the extra mile to meet our needs. I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone with a need for respite care.
