Right at Home

1st positive is Right At Home answers their phone. They are very helpful with scheduling, availability, etc. I went into hospital for what was thought to be a minor procedure but ended up being open heart surgery. Melissa was with from start to finish. She was my eyes and ears when I needed her, took notes, stayed in contact with my family, and wouldn't leave until she knew I was safely tucked in for the night. I am and will be forever grateful for Right At Home and especially for Melissa's care and attention.

This service is incredible. Very reliable. My mom loves her aides and they are so good to her. They even alert me to skin or other issues I might have missed that need medical attention. Someone always answers the phone right away and immediately tends to any rescheduling if I need it. Don't hesitate to use this service. Very well run business with heart of gold. We are very happy.

I can't say enough good things about Miriam, owner-operator of Right At Home Weston, and the care she and her quality aides provided for my dying mother. Miriam spent over an hour getting to know my mother and truly matched her with aides so well that she never sent us anyone we didn't like. Every aide was compassionate, caring, professional and skilled. The situation was difficult because I was also a live-in caretaker, 70 years old, sleeping on sofa, and in over my head. Miriam provided invaluable assistance helping me cope with long term insurance requirements and constantly changing schedule needs based on the rapid progression of my mother's illness. She took the emergency aspect of her job seriously, and was always available every time I needed her. Miriam was a compassionate shoulder to lean on who always understood and offered practical solutions with kindness above and beyond what our contract called for. I will never forget her. The woman is masterful at her job, and I like her very much on a personal level. I wholeheartedly recommend Right At Home Weston as probably the best agency of its kind in the area.

If I could give Right At Home 10 stars, I would. My mother was hospitalized from a bad fall she took. She laid in the heat for 10 hours. When we found her, she was just a tiny bit alive. She was rushed to the hospital where she spent one week. When she was finally sent home, she was in terrible shape. She moved into our house, and needless to say, the whole experience was terrifying for me. I had no idea how to access and work with her Medicare so we opted to look for a home health service on our own. We were referred to Miriam Jurabe from Seniors helping Seniors, and to this day, I am eternally grateful. Miriam was wonderful throughout the whole process. She made herself available from the beginning, patiently working with me, for the good of my mother. The ladies she sent were fantastic. Rose, Carline, Barbara, and Anne Marie were my favorites. Rose worked during the days and was so positive. She gave my mom hope and treated her like she was part of her family. Nothing was too difficult for her. They had her up and walking in no time, they attended to her every need, and they did it with kindness. Sweet Barbara was wonderful. She washed my mom's hair, cleaned up constantly, and prepared meals. They were punctual, dedicated, and proficient women. I even had to change the schedule a few times, and Miriam was so patient and provided me someone on the spot. My mom bounced back because of the aides that Miriam provided. My mom is now back on her feet, preparing her own meals, and driving. These women including Miriam will always be in my heart because of their love, devotion, and care. You will not go wrong by using Right at Home. I stand by this confidently.

Miriam and the whole company was such a breath of a fresh air after a no show form a different company. I called her in a panic trying to find someone for my mom who had just got home from the hospital and within 90 minutes we had an amazing home health care person in the house to help take mom with her initial needs. The communication throughout the experience was excellent and they were always available with the 24 hour on call number. I highly recommend this great company if you need home health care.
