Comforcare Home Care

My mother has used ComForCare for several years now. She has had all day assistance, 24/7 assistance, as well as assistance going to and from doctor's appointments as needed. We have all been very pleased with the service ComForCare provides. If it wasn't for them, their willingness to be flexible, and their concern for their customer, we would be in a bind constantly trying to find care. Thank you ComForCare for taking great care of my mother over these last several years.

John and his team are amazing. They were with my mom for 5 weeks- after she was sent home from rehab until her passing. My mom wanted to stay in her house, and with ComForCare we were able to make that happen. She initially needed only overnight care, which quickly turned into 24 hour care. With no advance notice, John came through for us! Always very accommodating with our last minute changes. John never balked at my requests. He made us feel like we were his only clients. John took the time to meet my mom personally so he could best assess what type of care she would need. I felt my mother was in very good hands. She quickly formed friendships with her caregivers. They genuinely cared about my mom. They are a professional, well-trained, kind and caring group.

During my recent rehabilitation from surgery, I was fortunate to find ComForCareHome Care in my Neighborhood. I was very satisfied with their service and rate them as EXCELLENT. I wish to commend in particular Coordinator JIMITA who was very responsive to my suggestions regarding the choice and working hours of caregivers assigned to me, and LORNA who is outstanding as a caregiver. My husband reached out to Comfort Care when I was discharged from an extended hospitalization. John came to our home and met with us both to get a better understanding of our needs. He had a very caring and gentle demeanor. He arranged for me to have care giving services during the week while my husband was at work. My care givers were able to help me with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and provided companionship. I was very impressed with their dedication and work ethic. I eventually got stronger and no longer needed their services but sought them out to help with my mother. We had another very positive experience. I have gone on to refer others in need.
