"Not qualified to take care of a hamster. The owner is rude and disrespectful. Has a superiority complex. Sends caregivers out to clients without an introduction, so the caregiver knows nothing of the clients needs. Then acts as if it is the caregivers fault. On more than one occasion I had seen this happen. Owner has unqualified office staff that does not notify clients of changes of staff or hours of availability then when clients complain blames it on the caregiver.. I would not recommend using this very unprofessional practice. The owner sent her sister out to a client as a caregiver and the sister stole petty cash out of the lockbox that was there for the client if the caregiver took them out some where. Just not a good practice at all... "
