A true blessing to our family They've been taking care of my mom who has dementia for the last year with such kindness, professionalism and genuine compassion. Our caregiver is a special human-attentive, respectful and truly dedicated to her well being. She is part of out family now. The team is responsive and easy to communicate with, they always go the extra mile to make sure my mom is comfortable and supportive. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. Im incredibly grateful for their care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and heartfelt support for a loved one.

We felt so fortunate to have 3 wonderful caregivers - Cindy, Yesenia, and Lan - who provided exceptional assistance and support in our time of need. Chita, who coordinated the hours and staff, was also excellent, especially in the genuine care, understanding and flexibility in making special arrangements for our particular situation. We are truly grateful for them all, and we believe that Home Instead deserves the highest recommendation in every respect.

I’ve given Home Instead Rockin’ Oldies five stars because of the care and compassion they have shown us. Chita and Vivian truly care about their clients. Vivian came out to our home to meet my brother and discuss his needs with us. She was friendly, respectful and genuinely cared about providing us with a caregiver that would meet my brothers needs. She also proved to be an advocate for my brother as well. Rockin Oldies isn’t your average caregiving company. The staff really does care about what they do and are proactive and involved with the support they provide. The company has more of a “family” vibe and it shows! They have also been easily accessible to answer any questions we have had. We are so happy we decided to switch companies and go with Home Instead Rockin’ Oldies.

We had an amazing experience with Home Instead (Woodland Hills, CA). First, the accessibility to the office staff (often Marie) was immediate and friendly. They were compassionate to help determine our needs for a care giver. Second, Chita who leads the company came out to my mother's house to meet her and assess her home and situation. Finally, the chosen care giver was friendly, well trained, punctual and supplied the necessary services to make my mother comfortable and secure.

Home Instead was a life saver!! Each of the caregivers who assisted my father was nothing but exceptional. They cared for my father who had dementia with love, kindness and compassion. They were always patient with him and so respectful. I felt 100% covered during such a difficult time. I highly recommend this company. We are truly grateful for their help and support over the last few years of my father‘s life.
