I have enjoyed working with Rachel in having respite care for my Mom a few hours each week. Having peace of mind that Mom is in good hands has allowed me time to run errands or just enjoy getting out with friends. Rachel is always positive and brings a smile to Mom’s face when she walks in.

Safehaven Senior Care has been helping me 95 and my wife 89 for the last 3 months and they have been amazing. I was told I would never get out of bed or walk again. I was in a rehab for almost a year. The first month they were in home I did more than the whole time there. I have been up since the first day they have come into the home. I am almost at the point where I am getting out of my wheel chair and just using walker. With all the compassion and encouragement I have excelled. We are able to get out of the house and go to Dr appointments, shopping, church, to eat out. We would highly recommend this agency. They have also helped us get all the equipment we have needed as well as stayed up on supplies. The best company out there. Joe K and Gladys K

I want to send a shoutout to Safehaven Senior Care. Rachel and her team have been helping my mother care for her husband for the last 5 days. So far my mom is very happy with the service they are providing. The company began just a few months ago and is still small but the owner has many years of experience. If you are looking for help for a senior in your life and live in the Wake Forest/Louisburg area I strongly recommend this business.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this company! The owner is a liar and steals from her clients. I have been trying to get a proper accounting of the times my mother used her in an effort to get my mother's $500 deposit back and she is unable to give me this information. How can you run a business and not be able to give details on when a person used your services?! I was nice and very patient, but not anymore. I think she kept stalling in an effort to get me to just give up. Stay far away from this business!

Rachel cared for my father who is a diabetic and has been diagnosed with dementia. Her care for him was exceptional and I never had to worry when she was with him. She kept in constant communication with me about issues that arose regarding his care and was so kind to bring him special treats and engage him in meaningful conversation. I can’t thank her enough for taking care of him so well. I highly recommend Safe Haven Senior Care if you have a loved one who needs a compassionate and caring professional to assist your family in their care.
