From the very first call, I was warmly introduced to the company by the owner, Mark. His compassion and professionalism immediately put me at ease. He thoroughly explained their services and gave me a sense of relief and direction at a time when the process felt overwhelming and heavy. Shortly after, I spoke with Matt, the intake caretaker, who was equally kind and understanding. He met with our family and my grandfather to create a thoughtful care plan tailored to his needs. That same evening we were introduced to Callen, who stayed overnight at the hospital. He was personable, caring, and genuinely interested in my grandfather’s stories—exactly the kind of caretaker you hope for in such a vulnerable time. The level of care, empathy, and professionalism from Visiting Angels Yukon has been nothing short of exceptional. They helped lift a tremendous weight off our shoulders and gave us peace of mind knowing my grandfather was in good hands. I can't thank Visiting Angels enough for the quick response they gave me of getting someone to my husband's parents house.
