Roze Room Hospice

Deeply disappointed. My mother suffered greatly in her last couple of days. She should have had a 24/7 nurse and the staff should have suggested that sooner. My mother only received a full time nurse in the last 5 hours of her life. As her caretaker I did not feel that the nursing staff was communicating on all the outreach that I had done in order to realize that one of their patients was actively dying. I did not receive the support I needed to help my mother in her final days. Beyond phone support, we were left to our own devices. The two stars are because of our fantastic social worker and the nurse assistant that helped with my mother’s baths. When we needed critical medical assistance, the response was disappointing.

I unfortunately only got to work with them for a few hours as my dad passed hours after we were transferred to Roze Room care for in hospital hospice. I want to personally write this review to share how compassionate they are. I’m so glad I chose them to help us get ready for my dad’s departure. Thank you deeply from the Rios Family. For your patience and care not only to my dad but all of my family. Thank you.

They took excellent care of my mother! Always caring and very VERY responsive. We feel very fortunate to have found them. I can improve anything but no need here, which is high praise indeed!

Roze Room Hospice is AMAZING! They were exceptional with caring for my mother in her last final days. I love and appreciate that even after almost a year since my mother's passing that they still send poems and letters for support. I would definitely recommend Roze Room!
