Silverstone Hospice

I’m so impressed with the entire staff that serves in the Assisted Living where I work. They have been great with the entire team and care for the residents that are on their service, and lend a helping hand to the residents who aren’t on service. The response time from the home office is very timely and I know that Kramer Johnson, my account manager will respond quickly and fix whatever is needed. They make a wonderful and positive impact on the community!

Silverstone has been caring for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents for many years and they are the best of the best. From the care they provide to not only the resident but also to the family all the way to their communication each day, they go above and beyond. We are proud to refer our families to this team when they are in need of their services.

My mom moved in with me over 2 yrs ago, terminal cancer, about 9 months after moving in we had to find another hospice company. I reached out to Silver Stone and we worked with them for over a year. We loved everyone there and are extremely greatful for each and every one of them! They truly have the best team we've encountered over the past 12 yrs. The Director was always willing to help, we would have been lost without the social worker. The nurses were a Godsend. The on call night nurse was always friendly and helped so much. Unfortunately my mom had to go stay with my sister and it's been hard to find a hospice that compares to Silverstone. You have sat the bar very high! Thank you Silverstone for everything, we love you!

I cannot say enough about SilverStone Hospice! My dad was placed in their care this past October. He passed away on June 18th. They went as far as helping with his Memorial Service. Kramer, Champlain Dan & his nurse Brady became family to not just my parents but me as well. My mom is now under their care & I have no doubt they will treat her just as well as my dad. My family will forever be grateful for everything they have done.

Promises made, promises kept. This is what you will receive for your love ones at silver stone. I was so desperate to find the right help to take care of my husband and tried many options and many places, but no results except disappointment until by the grace of god I called Silver Stone Hospice. From the moment that Mr. Kramer Johnson whom I truly believe is an angel on this earth took my call immediately I knew that I finally found the best help for my husband. Mr. Johnson right away took all my worries away by his understanding of my situation and the type of help I needed above all with his genuinely kind caring heart he assured me that help is on its way and not to worry. I could not believe how caring, loving, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate Mr Johnson was. He listened to my problems with such patience that I felt like I was talking to my son about his father. I called on Friday and Mr Johnson told me he will come over to visit with us the next day which was a Saturday, I thought maybe he has forgotten that the next day was Saturday and told him tomorrow is Saturday, he told me no worries I want to help as soon as possible. I have never felt this secure about receiving help until I talked to Mr Johnson. He came on Saturday and visited with my husband and I, immediately he discussed all the ways that he would be helping us with and had already arranged everything and done all the paperwork. This was the most amazing experience I have ever had with anyone. Immediately I felt like I have gained a son who truly cares about us and I was right. He made our visit the most friendly, pleasant and helpful visit ever. He would update me several times a day and night on the progress of what was done. He also would respond to me immediately day and night and never make me feel like I was a bother to him. I truly know that Mr Johnson saved my husband and I from a very desperate situation. The staff that Mr Johnson has sent over are the most amazing staff I have ever met, caring, loving, kind, knowledgeable and supportive. For anyone who needs help I strongly recommend Silver Stone. Every promise made has been kept and beyond. Unbelievable level of care and support along with genuine love for our loved ones. Mr. Johnson has taken the weight of a mountain off my mind by providing the most trustworthy care for my husband. I have gained the whole family at silver stone. I pray that no one experiences my situation, but if you do, don’t lose hope because you and your loved ones can trust the amazing team at silver stone.
