From the very start, they made a difficult time easier through their professionalism, empathy, and constant support. A special thank you to Josephine (RN), whose kindness, expertise, and attention to detail gave us so much comfort and confidence. She went above and beyond to ensure my parents were comfortable and that our family felt informed and supported every step of the way. We are sincerely thankful for the dedication and heart this hospice team brings to their work. Their care truly made all the difference during this challenging time. I recently had the pleasure of working with Arthur and his team at Lucent Hospice when Synergy HomeCare was selected to care for a mutual patient. Lucent Hospice was exceptional in every respect from start to finish. Arthur and his team coordinated care across multiple providers effortlessly and arranged for timely delivery of medical equipment and supplies. Our Home Care Aides were able to provide the needed care for the patient immediately upon his return home from the hospital. Additionally, the team's ability to balance clinical precision with genuine empathy was deeply reassuring. Lucent Hospice upheld the values of comfort, respect, and dignity, which made a significant difference in the care the patient received. Lucent Hospice has been a true blessing for my family during one of the most difficult times. The staff has shown an incredible level of compassion, professionalism, and genuine care for my grandmother. Prior to Lucent, we didn't have any experience and have heard negative stories about the hospice service in general. But Lucent definitely changes our perception. Lucent Hospice team, both management and staff, are professional, knowledgeable, honest, dedicated, and truly care for us. And they work at lightning speed. Whatever we asked for was delivered the next day, sometime the same day. Big shoutout to Josephine, the most caring and gentle RN; Viviana, the bath aide who is always punctual. Also, big thanks to Kevin (the boss, I think) and Arthur. To the whole Lucent team, we appreciate you!

My mother, even with help from wonderful caregivers, recently needed to be placed on hospice as her dementia has progressed. Her doctor gave me a few choices and I did a little research to decide on the "one" that might be the best for mom. Lucent Hospice has not only met my expectations, they have exceeded them. They responded immediately, a schedule was set up, and all the necessary paperwork was completed within a 24 hour period. Every single one of their personnel is professional, respectful, and devoted to making the patient as comfortable as possible. The medical equipment arrived quickly, and the nurse, Josephine, visited the next day, and put in the order for all supplies immediately. Delilah, who manages the front office, responds to every request and coordinates all communication between the team and myself. The social worker, Sheena, and the chaplain, Scott, are such kind and caring individuals. They even came by with flowers on mom's 99th birthday! The bath aide, Vivian, has now become a weekly visitor as mom was very resistant to bathing at first. Vivian's patience finally paid off! I would recommend Lucent Hospice to anyone who is looking for care for their loved ones. They are a blessing for me!
