Destiny Hospice & Palliative Care

Destiny hospice is amazing. Very thankful to be able to work along side their great team especially Holly. Their team works quickly to provide comfort to patients and their families during a very difficult time. I appreciate all the TLC Destiny Hospice provides!

Destiny was great to work with. The care that was provided for my mom was in-measurable. Dr. Gloria Engle and Nurse Debbie were extremely helpful with the transition of life with dignity and compassion. Our hospice experience was very positive, considering how hard it is to lose someone you love. We moved my mom home from a Board and Care so she could spend her last weeks/months with us and Destiny made the move effortless. I highly recommend Destiny. If and when I need hospice, I would use Destiny.

Thank you Destiny Hospice! I wish I could give more stars for the Destiny Hospice team. During the most difficult time I've ever had to go thru the entire team was so helpful and caring. Our liaison, Jennifer made everything easy to understand and was always available to answer questions. From trips she made to the hospital and our home and filling out the paperwork made the whole process less stressful. I could not have done this without her. My mom's charge nurse, Emily was so caring and sweet, she made my mom smile. Chaplain Juan was a true blessing to our family, he brought Easter Service to our home and the Chaplains still call to ask how I'm doing. I'm so happy my mom decided to go with Destiny. Again a true blessing and caring company during the worst time in my family's life. Thank you 💝

Destiny Hospice was amazing and wonderful 💝LoAn came in when we brought my step dad home from the hospital and he was bed bound. My mom did not know what to do. She came in like an Angel and helped us get Eve my step dad would need and more. Everyone from the nurses and the lady that gave him his bath and changed his sheets was beyond amazing. During this very stressful time they made everything so wonderful for my step dad and kept him comfortable and even changed his bed so he would not have bedsores. What is such a very trying and sad time, they helped my mom through everything! I can not thank Destiny Hospice enough for all their love and kindness through this process. I would recommend them with my whole heart 💝Thank you for being there for all of us💝

I’ve heard horror stories about hospice and was very concerned when it came time when my father needed care. Destiny and the entire staff were all exceptional. From the enrollment process to my father’s last day, they were warm and caring. The staff were genuine and caring for my dad. They explained everything and answered all our questions. They help ease what was a difficult time in our families lives and help us understand what to expect. An extra special thank you Holly, Naomi and Sharon who my father took a liking to. These wonderful angels lifted my dads spirits. God bless you all.
