Harmony Hospice is a Medicare-certified hospice provider serving Murray, Utah and surrounding areas. A Medicare-certified hospice provides comfort care and support services to patients with terminal illnesses and their families. Hospice care focuses on quality of life rather than curative treatment.
Hospice care is available to patients whose physician certifies they have a terminal illness with a life expectancy of six months or less if the illness runs its normal course. Patients may receive hospice care at home, in a hospice facility, nursing home, or hospital.
Medicare-certified hospices must provide all four levels of hospice care: routine home care, continuous home care for periods of crisis, general inpatient care for symptom management, and inpatient respite care to give caregivers a break. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and trained volunteers.

Heidi my housekeeper, does an amazing job at keeping my home clean and safe, gives compassion and companionship. I would recommend this company to anyone and especially these people , they are my family.
Kind and professional staff! I especially loved our physical therapist. Although he was technically there just for my dad, he was accommodating and friendly with my sister (who has Down Syndrome and lives with my dad) and would frequently come over and join them in the exercises. I highly recommend Harmony Home Health!
My Home Health support was amazing! My shower and dressing assistant, Shannon taught me skills to take care of myself. The PT’s and OT’s went above and beyond with exercises and tips for accomplishing tasks around the house. The nurses showed concern and addressed my needs.
