Worst ER I have ever been to. Nursing staff had the absolute worst attitudes, like I was inconveniencing them by being sick. Needed assistance walking to the restroom and the nurse acted like she didn’t want to touch me. I grabbed her arm for the support I needed. Once in the restroom I was left unattended while in severe pain. The NP and the CT scan staff were the ONLY nice/caring people we came across. It what world is it acceptable for nurses to complain and talk about patients openly for whoever to hear and treat their patients with disrespectful attitudes. Do not recommend at all, ever.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The care my father received at AnMed Hospital was outstanding. Every person we met — from the ER staff to the nurses, social workers, and even the cafeteria team — treated him with genuine kindness and respect. Everyone went above and beyond, and their compassion made a very difficult week easier for our family. Thank you, AnMed, for caring with heart. 💜 — Geny Melton

I wish I could give zero stars. After my appointment with Dr. Finney, I left in tears. As a young girl who already has a hard time asking for help, her attitude was incredibly rude and dismissive. She spoke to me for no more than five minutes, didn’t make any changes, and made me feel completely stupid for even being there. I’ve never felt so belittled by a doctor. I do want to thank the male staff member who noticed I was upset and took a moment to talk with me afterward. I wish I knew his name, he was the only kind part of that experience. To the people-you’re better off going to Care Connect, where the staff actually cares and treats you like a person and not just a payment. Plus, they won’t charge you $35 at the door on top of a $90 bill for NOTHING.

My 92 year old mother has been waiting in the ER for 7 hours to be admitted for a severe UTI, per instructions from her primary care physician. We've endured the wait while listening to staff stand around joking about an incoming heart attack victim, complaining about how busy they are, carrying on personal conversations, and neglecting patients. When I asked a nurse if the doctor had looked at the results of my mother's urinalysis, which I could see in MyChart, so that she can be admitted, he said "honey" we're slammed right now, we'll get to it. I told Thomas, the RN, not to call me honey - it is condescending. This is a horrible place for someone in need.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As a parent, I have never been more upset and furious with a healthcare facility in my life. Took my 4 week old baby in to the ER for suspected seizures. Was immediately checked in and put in a triage room. Where we then waited for 4 hours without seeing a single soul. No temp check, barely any vitals. No nurses, no doctors. No updates. FOUR hours. Finally I had enough and packed up our bag and left. When asked why we were leaving, I told them no one had been in to even talk to us, let alone check anything. They gave a bit of attitude and then said they were having a hard time finding a doctor to come and see us. How is a hospital finding it hard to find a doctor of any kind to come in and see a patient?? I’ll be taking my baby to see literally anyone else at any other facility. This place is a joke.
