Make the drive to liberal or anywhere else. Especially if you will need any imaging or labs done. Desk staff in imagining is incompetent and the ‘specialty ’ lab nurse is the rudest medical staff I’ve ever encountered. Absolutely no help in a stressful situation. The staff made a scary moment absolutely horrible. Was no help at all. If I could give a negative star to the desk clerk of radiology, I would.
Best doctor and staff. But you need to check your bills with your insurance company. Their on premise lab was not covering by my insurance company. I had a Humana plan with coverage with Quest labs but they screwed it up and were too ignorant to fix it.
I’d use WebMD before going to this place. Most rude nurse on the planet. I wonder how she would feel if somebody treated her grandma like she did. Nurse Lisa should NOT be a nurse. Her amount of give a damn was astonishing. I wouldn’t trust her to watch my goldfish.
I had been sick for a week had day off so went to clinic I had no appt. The office staff got me an appt at 1 15 that day. Dr Sam decided I was pretty darn sick strep or pneumonia and heart rate up high. He sent me for labs, xrays, swabs, blood work and liquid IV drip. I hadn't eaten all day it was 4 10, they informed me id be here 4 more hrs, told the nurse she had an orderly bring me a turkey sammich pudding and unsweetened tea!!!! Thank y'all so her much for being so caring, professional.
They don't tell you what they testing for especially with Lisa Steers. She keeps everything that she is testing you for. To me that isn't right at. So I am going to a different doctor now. I wouldn't recommend this drs office to anyone at all.
