Holistic Home Healthcare LLC is an in-home healthcare service that provides help for seniors and disabled people in order to make them feel safe and secure in their homes. Here at Holistic Home Healthcare LLC, we take every step to make sure you don’t have to worry about your loved ones. We offer multiple services at all levels of care, from just a few hours per week to 24-hour care, Our caregivers provide in-home care services to Holistic Home Healthcare clients, focusing on caring for mind, body and soul. Providing traditional non-medical home care along with holistic approaches to care by following specifics outlined in the plan of care for each client helping to maintain a healthy and safe environment. Caregiver Essential Functions: Homemaker/companion Meal planning, preparation, and cooking Transportation to appointments and shopping Light Housekeeping Playing games/taking walks Medications Reminders ADL’s such as dressing, grooming and bathing: baths, showers and bed bath Assistance to and from the bathroom Transitioning from bed to chair Vital signs Oral hygiene and denture care Toileting and toilet hygiene Providing transportation (if needed) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must have experience supervising staff in a healthcare setting Must have experience caring for people with various needs Must be able to function independently Must be able to organize and prioritize Must be willing to travel our service area & have reliable transportation Must have knowledge of agency policies and procedures Working Conditions: Intermittent physical activity including reaching and prolonged periods of sitting, must be able to stoop, bend, lift and assist with client transfers
