Certified Nursing Assistants(CNA) and Personal Care Assistants(PCA)

Supervise, train and assist individuals in personal care task, nutrition, homemaker task and recreational / leisure activities in the home and / or within the community. Be able to follow individual's Plan of Care and / or Indivual Service Plan. Be able to appropriately document services rendered. Work available in Putnam and Jasper Counties Shifts Available: Day - Weekdays 8am - 4pm Evening - Weekdays 3pm - 9pm Nights -Weekend (every other Sat & Sun) 8pm -8am Day - Weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) 8am -8pm Qualified Applicants Must furnish own transportation and undergo MVR.
