Assisted Living Caregiver - Swing/Graveyard Shifts

This caregiver position is at a small upscale assisted living facility. We offer entry level (Type I) assisted living only at this quaint senior residence that is in a residential neighborhood. This is a great and satisfying place to work with other competent people, and where you can have a positive impact on your local community! Aides / CNAs assist residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to: bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, dressing, medications distribution, serving prepared meals, and notifying and assisting residents to facility activities. You must be able to speak and write English adequately for resident and staff communication, and to follow written instructions. Our activities programs are the usual favorites, as well as exercising, mind stimulating trivia and games, computer-based genealogy research, and a few times each year we hold events which include our resident family members. We are looking for the best team-oriented caregivers, either a CNA or a non-certified caregiver (must be 18 or older) with high personal and work standards.
