Home Health CNA - Contract Employment

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistants to join our team. Duties As a Nursing Assistant, your responsibilities will include: Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Monitoring and recording vital signs and patient health information. Providing companionship and emotional support to patients. Assisting with mobility and transferring patients safely. Administering medications as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients. Collaborating with nursing staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Following established protocols for CPR and emergency situations. Supporting patients with specialized needs in memory care or hospice settings. Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications: Previous experience in nursing homes, home health care, or memory care is preferred. CNA license required. Self-organization is necessary. Familiarity with caregiving systems and practices is beneficial. Certification in CPR is required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
