About Us: CareBuilders at Home is a national, industry leading, non-medical home care company that offers safe, dependable, quality, non-medical in-home care services. We provide personalized care and support to help our clients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. CareBuilders at Home of North Mecklenburg County is our newly established office, with a territory that covers all of Charlotte and the surrounding areas to include Huntersville, Concord, Cornelius, and Davidson.   Job Description: We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.  As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with activities of daily living. Rewarding work with a positive impact on the community Responsibilities (differs by client): Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Errand running and transportation as needed Assist clients with activities of daily living to include personal care as required. Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, changing bed linens, help with organizing in the home, and tidying up. Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients. Documenting client/shift notes, and daily clocking in, clocking out and obtaining signatures as required by NC state and VA. Qualifications: Caregiver experience required. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - Please note this is a requirement for this job Reliable, punctual and trustworthy Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
